How do I get started?
It’s easy. Just follow our step-by-step guide.
If you’re a Pay Monthly customer you can either:
- Contact your service provider using the number on your bill
- Get sent the settings via a text message
If you’re a Pay & Go™ customer you can:
- Text "PICON" to 21400, to enable the service. You will then receive a series of text messages, with instructions to set your phone up.
Send a Media Message
Take a picture or video using the camera function on your mobile phone. Add text or a sound clip if you want to, then send it to:
- Another camera phone
The recipient will get the message on their mobile phone
- A non-Media Messaging mobile phone
The recipient will get a text message asking them to view the message on their operator's website
- An email address
The recipient will pick up the Media Message in their email

Send your photo to 40202
You can also use Media Messaging to send long text messages. Just type up to 1000 characters and send as a Media Message.
